"I made a booking last week end and within 10 minutes i received a call from the hotel telling me there was no space at the hotel and they was fully booked. I really struggle to understand hoe i was allowed to book this and secondly you have taken payment and not able to attend. This is unexpectable and really poor customer service. So my question is how do i get my money back? regards darren hunns "
