"We loved staying at the excelsior the it had an amazing view and rooms were huge and very clean and felt at home. The shuttle service was fantastic as if you like walking the Aldi Center is about 30min walk down steps… Maurizio and Antonio the drivers were so friendly and can’t thank them enough! "Comfortable stay and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They reached out to me ahead of time to provide location details and find out our arrival time. The hotel is around 200? steps down from the road. After finding out that we were driving there they gave me some options. We could either park it with them but would not have easy access since it’s not stored onsite or park on the narrow street. We parked on the street. A staff member greeted us by the road and helped get our heaviest pieces of luggage’s down the stairs. "
