"The hotel facilities are quite outdated and could use some refurbishment. The swimming pool had an overpowering smell of chlorine, which made it less enjoyable to use. On the positive side, the overall pricing is reasonable and fits within a budget-friendly range. However, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and it was uncomfortably hot at night. This definitely impacted the quality of sleep. "Staff are amazing, everyone is so lovely and right after asking about things, it is met and done! Breakfast options really good and has a family/kids friendly environment, the only things is that I was feeling uncomfortable and overwhelmed when staff were trying to cuddle my baby girl, I knew it was coming from a kind heart but I personally didn’t like it. Also, no dish wash liquids were available so I couldn’t wash my baby’s food container, the cleaner did not have it also!"
