"We had a great time on the 4th of july. The house is fabulous and in a great location. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac it was quiet and we loved sitting outback in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the dog explore. Highly recommended this property "

"Husband and I came to Michigan to pick cherries. We live near a city so coming here was a wonderful way to connect back with nature and to also unwind from the busy life and nooses of everyday life. Shannon was very communicative. This place is honestly a nice private getaway to destress and get some quiet in life. There are also really good local restaurants nearby and u-pick farms to pick fruits straight from the farm. "

"This was my first time booking through VRBO, and I specifically filtered for a pet-friendly waterfront property. Unfortunately, this listing was not actually on the water. While the photos show a lake, the house is about a block away and there's no view of the lake from the home itself. I missed that detail in the fine print, but I feel the listing is a bit misleading in that regard.Upon arrival, I also found the cleanliness to be below expectations. Some dishes were not properly cleaned and had to be rewashed, and there were old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. The outdoor enclosed room was quite dirty—the table appeared not to have been wiped down in some time. Additionally, the living room couch was very uncomfortable and felt like sitting on a hard board, which made it hard to relax indoors.On a positive note, the host was very friendly and communicative, which I appreciated. I would suggest the host pass along these notes to the cleaning service and strongly recommend updating the listing to clarify that the property is near the water, but not waterfront"
