"It was not expensive. There is no room cleaning service during your stay unless you pay extra. Our first room was on the top floor which is affected by roof beams. And it was small. We were moved at no cost to a much better room. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms, and beds, and pillows should be updated, but it is not an expensive hotel. The breakfast is good, but exactly the same every day. So, overall it was a good experience."

"The staff were very kind and courteous. The location is incredibly central - easy walking distance to the train station and all attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. The rooms were perfectly fine - but definitely a bit run down and could use a finer cleaning. For the price one can’t expect a 5-star hotel though so definitely a good value for money. "

Limited kitchen utensils, towels, and fridge space so ask before bookings in all, a very good option for exploring intensive."

"Terraces were very large and perfect for the warm weather. The flat was large and comfortable. The front door to the building was glass and it was smashed. It was propped open when we arrived but was closed and locked with the smashed glass for the rest of the time. "We only stayed there about 12-14 hours as we drove back from a ski holiday in Tignes. The hotel is clean, cheerful, inviting and has secure parking. The staff are nice. Wonderful hotel and staff!

"The staff was so friendly and helpful, and our room was very comfortable, although the commode was separate from the shower/sink, which seems nice for privacy, but having to go across the room to another area to wash your hands wasn't the most convenient. A minor thing in the grand scheme. The hotel is lovely and in a perfect location near the old town and the train station so everything was walkable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it."
