"Check in was fast, friendly and smooth. Room was clean and a nice size. Bathroom soaps smell nice. Staff at the front counter was always friendly as i would come and go. Lots of construction right now, but they seem to have covered everything and are trying to make it effect the guests as little as possible. Parking was easy. Nice view of the water. "

"Definite hurricane damage but the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Private beach with beach chairs provided. Located next to a jet ski rental which was great. The main pool is not back and running yet but there is still one to use. Very very clean room"

Took an hour between multiple staff and a manager and two hotels.com reps before they finally gave me the room I paid for back in August. Hotels.com and the hotel itself didn't offer an apology or any kind of credit for the hastle they put me through."

"My 4 night stay was beautiful and relaxing for the most part. Although, for being one of the few people residing there for a short vacation, I would've preferred that they hadn't put a rather noisey family right above me. It was startling and intrusive at times. "
