Do not expect to find any signs with the hotel name anywhere visible anyway. The location hosts many different properties and Ubana hotel was one of them, just look for "checkin" sign. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, very small though just perfect for one night as was our case, Place is in old san juan so all is close by. Took public transport to get to cruiseship at one block from hotel free, just 10 minutes

Amazing Hotel staff ,location was right in the middle of Old San Juan. We walked everywhere we went. No elevator was a pain but manageable and very small rooms and bathrooms. Our door handle on the room was not secure and the bolts kept coming out of the door. Didn’t feel like our room was secure.

Mr vega was very helpful from the moment we walked in felt really welcomed and comfortable they always were attentive and nice

This place is a GEM! It is quaint and charming and Joel at the front desk could not be more helpful! The room was spacious with all the utensils to make a couple of meals. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable and clean. It's about a mile to Old San Juan, so it made a great jaunt for one of our days. They also offer a shuttle service three times daily. The rooftop patio is amazing because you can see for miles! Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is very close to the beach with chairs and umbrellas available for guests. Two beautiful pools with ocean views; one an amazing rooftop terrace and the other with a restaurant and bar. The area felt very safe and had lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again! Gigi at Komu restaurant was especially kind and welcoming. She greeted us each morning with a smile. She remembered our coffee preferences and asked about our stay/ our trip.
