"The spa was fabulous! Yasmine is excellent… cheerful, efficient and great at giving treatments!!! Solemon at the front desk was a lifesaver for me. No one spoke English and I couldn’t book a bus online with a US credit card so he made the res snd paid for it with his credit card and Zi reimbursed him. Google translate and good hand signals a must uf you don’t speak Turkish but the thermal bath in the room and the peacefulness of the area mskes this spot an exceptional find!"

Terrible hotel

"We were placed in a very dirty room. None of what was stated happened. There were no towels, robes, slippers, toothbrushes, or toilet paper. Nothing. I booked a room with a balcony because I smoke. The door to the balcony in the room is broken and cannot be opened. There is no glass on the balcony, which makes it very cold. All day they promised to fix the problem. I went to the reception 3 times, asked to change the room, each time they promised to fix everything in 5 minutes, but they never did anything. The telephone at the reception is disconnected, the elevator does not work (the room was on the 5th floor). There is no water in the common pool and in the temple, so we were not allowed there. We lost several hours, checked out of the hotel, and were told through the app that the money would be returned. But the service was unable to contact them; their phone did not work. The money was not returned."
