"The staff was friendly and very helpful. One challenge was that some rooms were not accessible by elevator. Once the elevator reached a floor, the rooms were up another half flight of steps. It was challenging for me who is a senior adult to get a suitcase up that half flight. I had to take it slow but managed okay. "Overall a good stay in a good location. My wife has mobility problems and we were unfortunately put into a first floor room needing her to walk up the spiral staircase which was rather slippery. The rooms are bijou and compact but OK for mostly just sleeping and showering in. The bed in 108 needs a new mattress! One of the main reasons for us booking here was the onsite EV charging which worked on our first night but then was out of order for the remainder of our 5 nights so we had to hunt down...
