"Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. It had everything that we needed. John was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location can't be beat, with Paddington station just a short walk away and wonderful restaurants within walking distance."

"As a solo traveller, this was the perfect flat for my stay. Check in was simple and the building felt very secure. It was still warm when I arrived so the addition of the two fans were life savors. This flat is on the top floor which allows a lovely view but you will need to walk up some stairs since the elevator stops at the 3rd floor. That should not be a deterrent because the location is so close to Paddington station allowing for a quick commute to and from the airport. There are a TON of...

"Rooms incredibly small, w/o attempts to add shelving to ameliorate the problem. Shower system was archaic. The elevator was out all four days we were there and we had to tote our bags up and down 4 flts of stairs. This lack of maintenance was also apparent in the run down condition of the carpets and common area walls. "

"Arrived early but by the time we’d had lunch there our room was ready ( ahead of time). Receptionist was excellent, all staff greet you. Room was clean and lovely outlook over the park. Breakfast was excellent with good choices and no plastic jam/marmalade containers- all from jars. Really impressed and for the price - excellent! "
