"Unfortunately the majority of the staff in this hotel were unable to speak English which made commination EXTREMELY difficult! They were trying to be helpful, though, especially Steven - so THANK YOU. The hotel is very grand, in a beautiful landscaped setting but all is not as it seems as some of the attractions on the hotel map do not actually exist (eg) the tennis court and the sports centre.
