"We were so excited to stay at the Beachmere house but in the end we didn’t get to stay. The house was advertised as being Pet Friendly so we planned to take our two dogs. The afternoon before our stay we found out that it was NOT Pet Friendly as advertised so we had no backup plan for our dogs and as a result couldn’t stay."

"Spacious apartment in a convenient location, mostly in good condition, although some things (e.g. bathroom mirror) are showing signs of wear. Key collection instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Some aspects, however, need attention. The washing machine had black slime in the door seal and it was very dirty behind. We reported a leaking sink in the bathroom and a lack of bathmat, but neither issue was resolved during our stay."

"The male receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful with directions to my room. Restaurant was closed being a Sunday. Receptionist stated that there were multiple eateries (7 or 8) over the road if I wanted food. Bottle shop closed exactly 7pm. Which was when I arrived. Absolutely devastated. Nothing else within walking distance. Receptionist saved the day. Wine stocked out the back for just this reason. I was absolutely over the moon. Room was very spacious, modern, comfortable and extremely clean. Happy 😊"
