"Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment...

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"This apartment was a great choice for us. Safe, well furnished, warm and comfortable. Near the centre of Bath with everything walkable. We stayed during Christmas Market and it was a good base to pop back to when we needed to off load shopping or have a rest. Opposite the most amazing bookshop and just along the road from the Wild Cafe in Queen street which was brilliant for breakfast. The apartment was bright, clean and had good linen and towels. The value for money is excellent as there are large rooms with all the comforts of a home. "We had a fantastic time here, albeit a short stay. There was bread and milk in each of the 3 accomodations, which was a lovely suprise. When we had a problem with the electrics (following a storm) we were helped promptly. And the little additions like complimentary slippers and pool towels were lovely. Good selection of equipment and crockery in the kitchen. We’d love to come and stay again."

Smart convenient and comfortable hotel

"Great location- half way point from wales to south coast. Lovely reception, friendly easy check in. Nice room very comfortable. Only problem was the noise - a strange bit loud humming all the time - like machinery. Also the sink doesn't drain very fast at all - maybe a blockage somewhere - so water in the basin all the time. But all in all it's a good place to stay- easy parking and near Asda and the cinema too- both of which we took advantage of "
