"I've stayed at many hostels in Europe, US and Brazil. For my personal experience, this was the best one. It's super cozy, clean, the staff is awesome, the beds are "private" - each one has blackout curtains, light, plugs, and are very confortable. "We stayed in room on the ground floor. After being in the room a short time I noticed a terrible smell, like someone urinated on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. After checking around I found the spot. I made several calls to the front desk, someone was sent down to investigate. After several more calls Eugenia was sent to the room.
