Waterfront and Trail-backing retreat in the heart of the city!

This is a lovely waterfront (marsh) home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an office.

There is a large multi-level deck, where you can enjoy the beautiful marsh and trail views. Water is present during high tide, at which time you may even go fishing.

There is a formal living room and one family room (both have leather sofas). Each of these rooms as well as each bedroom has a TV for your enjoyment!

Two rooms are quite sizable and have king-sized beds. The third room has a queen bed.

Kitchen is large, spacious and functional. We believe we have everything you need to make a great meal for you and your guests.

Furniture is all new!

Beautiful view of the marsh with large, roomie bedrooms. Great location. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Beaufort. 4 stars because there were some unsecured tiles in the primary that need to be fixed.

Average but large home

Bathrooms need a good cleaning and house had a slight smell, when we arrived and during our stay. Water pressure was fine for cold water but low hot water pressure and very low shower pressure. Could be a great house given the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for this price.

Family Wedding

The house was sizable for a group of 6 adults. We stayed 4 nights for a long weekend for a family wedding. The drive to the downtown area was short. We were a block from the Spanish Trail and enjoyed a great walk on a beautiful day. The house was spacious for our group and having 2 family rooms w TVs. We used the kitchen for breakfast. We would have liked to spent more time outside and as other reviews said outdoor furniture would have been a great touch since the weather was great. We sat on build in bench.

College visit/golf trip

We picked up my son in Myrtle beach and drove to Beaufort. The house was perfect for the four of us. Great location in relation to where we played golf as well as restaurants. Perfect house. I would definitely stay here again.

What a terrific house. We loved everything about it. It was spacious, clean, well stocked, had an incredible view and location was near both the historic downtown Beaufort and the Spanish Moss Trail. Check in and communication with owner was easy. We can’t wait to come back.

Great house for a family

With a large kitchen, 3 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - each with their own huge TV, (plus 2 others) this is a good house for a family. Communication was good. Joanne responded quickly to our needs. The house was literally around the corner from the bike path but very private. Also a few blocks from the hospital in case that’s important.

Beautiful place!

What a wonderful house and vacation refuge! Your house is so conveniently located and what a gorgeous view! It was very restful and I just can’t say enough good about it! We’ve stayed at a few places, but this was by far the best! I loved your kitchen and all the comforts of home. Also thank you for the coffee service and other condiments, etc. Beds were comfy and no skimping on the linens….a nice touch! I can see why you have such good reviews and we would love to stay there again the next time we’re in town.

Great Home

Enjoyed our stay visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving. Wonderful location and enjoyed being so close to the Spanish Moss Trail. We had plenty of room for everyone. Only drawbacks are the attention to the little things- ice and water on refrigerator not working, low water pressure, master bedroom door to the deck didn’t lock and sliding back door hard to open and close. Otherwise, we recommend for families or parties needing separate bedrooms and plenty of space. Very clean and comfortable.

Couples trip

The home has a great layout for couples or others who want their own space as well as space together. We were happy that each couple had their own bathroom. Master bath is en-suite; other 2 are right beside the other bedrooms. 2 BR’s are very large, the third is plenty spacious enough. There are 2 living areas, a dining area, and an office so plenty of space to spread out if desired. The main living area with 3 sofas is comfortable for together time. Spacious kitchen and well supplied. Beautiful shaded backyard which can be enjoyed from a large deck. Very close to a paved walking trail which was wonderful. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. I wold definitely book again.

Southern Hospitality at its Best

How to begin? This property is one of the best that we have ever stayed. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Very well appointed. Great beds and pillows for a good night's rest after a full day. Enough space for privacy, but close enough to share with family. We even had neighbors greeting us. The kitchen had everything we would need equipment-wise, and we love to cook. My wife asked what type of coffee maker they had...the correct answer is all of them, except maybe espresso or a French press. Steve and Joanna were very attentive...sorry about setting off the fire alarm while cooking bacon. If you are looking for comfort, your search has ended.

Delightful Home away from Home

This property is quite accomodating. It's beautifully decorated. All of the rooms are quite large. With a livingroom and a family room AND an office, we could all be together comfortably or split out into separate rooms.The place is equipped with all the appliances you could need. Coffee is stocked and AC is primo! (much needed in Beaufort). The towels are plush plush plush. the deck provided a wonderful additional hangout area. It was relaxing and accommodating. The host are wonderful. Extremely responsive. Send them a message, don't walk away from your device because they are responding right away. We will definitely stay here again (and again and again). Thank you Steve & Joanna!!

Our week in Beaufort on Allison Drive

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being excellent, I'd give this plave a 7.5. There were some problems that I've never encountered in any other rental. #1: No ice. The refrigerator's ice maker did not function at all. #2: No instructions at all. The front door lock had no directions at all. It was a guessing game to figure it out. #3: No toilet tissue holder in the master bathroom. Inexcusable. #4: Loose, uneven floor tiles in the master bathroom. #5: Leg on sofa collapsed as soon as one guest sat down. It was apparent it had been previously broken, and not adequately repaired.

Great location between Beaufort & Parris Island. Clean, large rooms with an office. Great decks in backyard. There are just little details in need of attention. The kitchen; water and ice on refrigerator is not working so there is no filtered water, glas shelf over vegetable draw in frig is also missing, molding coming off on wall by frig. Light bulbs out throughout. Master bedroom; tiles lifting in master bath floor needs re-, no TP holder . Front bedroom; ceiling fan does not work, blinds are broken and bath tub needs recoating. Rear living room; the slider is difficult to close. All minor, but it shows lack of upkeep. All but the refrigerator did not impact our stay. Note: the tap water has a bad after taste, bring water for drinking.
