Staff were really helpful and friendly. Hotel was really cheap and room was small, but very clean and so easy to reach from motorway for a quick stop over. Breakfast was simple but dining area was spotless and baguette really fresh.

When we found the property we had to go to the hotel next door to checkin. Again 3 floors and 9 sets of stairs to get to the room. Food in the next hotel was good

Convenient stop off the main autoroute, restaurants a short drive. Quiet, comfortable clean and warm.

No frills but very convenient and good value.
Perfect for a stopover on route to the alps. No frills, hot shower and comfortable bed. Ok breakfast especially as it’s free. Restaurant in the hotel next door was quite nice.

The property was good, the room was small but adequate, comfortable and clean. The check-in process was a pain, the reception desk was closed, the check-in machine tried to charge us again, eventually we saw the hand written sign advising us to go to the Campanile to check in, once there the process was fairly smooth although the receptionist tried to charge us again. On the day of our departure, the cleaners banged our door at 10am and 11am for cleaning despite the check out time being noon, this was irritating especially when they opened the door with the code, why does the hotel not know who is there, if my key has been handed in or if its after noon, clean otherwise do not.

Very pleasant welcome from reception staff even though we arrived late (22:00 before 23:00 reception close). Room was very clean and tidy, if bland (bright white walls everywhere). Beds firm and pillows comfy, and plenty of space on the bunk for our two. Breakfast was plentiful if a basic offer. The major issue was that our family room was positioned right above the entranceway which has a door which bangs VERY loudly. It kept us up and awake until I took the decision to prop the door open with the outside table (as no receptionist to help at that point). That worked until just after 6 in the morning when the first staff arrived and moved the door prop.

Sur le site il est indiqué que le personnel est censé être présent 24 heures sur 24 ce qui n'est pas le cas. Une fois arrivé dans ma chambre je m'aperçois qu'il n'y a aucun rangement donc pas d'armoire pas d'étagère rien du tout et lorsque je souhaite changer de chambre afin d'en obtenir même pour payer un supplément et avoir une autre chambre la réceptionniste au téléphone m'indique que ce n'est pas possible et me fait savoir que je ferai mieux de raccrocher et que je ne suis pas son problème. Ensuite concernant le soir les portes qui passent leur temps à claquer dans l'établissement qui nous empêche de dormir c'est quand même aberrant. 2 jours que je suis resté je n'ai pas vu une seule fois un membre du personnel. À mon départ je suis aperçu le lendemain que j'avais oublié des affaires dans la chambre l'hôtel n'a même pas pris la peine de me contacter et lorsque moi je l'ai contacté pour récupérer mes affaires je n'obtiens aucune réponse. Cet hôtel est totalement à fuir on en a strictement rien à faire des clients.
