Our door needed a battery change for the lock, one day our locks were inoperational leaving our belongings exposed. The thermostat is needlessly complicated and the staff doesn't know how to use it. Our room was close to 80* until my son finally cracked the code after 2 or 3 attempts by the staff. The room was clean and conformable, but there is not an excess of room. We did not spend much of the day there so it was fine. Excellent shower. Only big complaint is that being in an older building there is no insulation between the floors. You will hear everyone walking. If the rooftop bar is busy it is worse. For us, this was not a deal breaker. Location is great. 10 minute walk to the metro. Union Market nearby.

A few towels were stained.. literally my ONLY complaint. The bed was fantastic and location was definitely close enough to get to most of the popular attractions. The best BANG for your buck indeed.
