"The area was quiet. The flat was perfect for a family of 4. We did not have a car but were able to walk to the bus and train station."

"we could not get in the front door. Called the number and reached a very dismissive, loudly chewing owner Finally got into the unit and found ourselves locked in. We reached out to the owner again and were ready to call the fire brigade when we found someone to throw rhe keys to. Very dangerous, probably illegal to not be able to get out in an emergency. Owner terrible. Flat so so, cheap finishes and tiny beds. beware "

"We chose this flat for the location first. My daughter and boyfriend live a few doors down. The flat was adequate but lacked extra linens and towels. The quality of the linens and towels were poor quality. The layout is a bit odd but met our needs. We loved the original tile in the hallway and how cool it was on our bare feet, since the weather was on the warm side. I would stay there again if they upgraded the bed linens and towels, plus warm up the decor a bit. It just seemed a tad sparse and...

"The location is very central in Bedford. The flat is okay, clean and fairly well presented but needs some small things to make it a bit nicer. 1. The shower head doesn't stay up high, so you struggle with that. 2. Only 2 mugs and 2 glasses and a lack of other kitchen stuff 3. Very wobbly kitchen tap 4. Unclean and smelly dishwasher. Generally bedding needs a bit of attention, and couch is not massively comfortable after a long period. As I say, nothing major, and the price is good, but it just...
