"This location has a beautiful view and secluded to enjoy privacy and quiet. I was a little concerned about no a/c as we had a heat wave during our stay but there was always a breeze going so it was very comfortable to sleep with windows open and a fan on. The only reason for not giving all 5 stars is due to some minor things (missing blow dryer, empty soap containers and blown lightbulbs). The host was contacted and feedback was well received. "Perfect location on the Juniata River. We saw deer, chipmunks, fish (BIG FISH), turtles and a Baltimore Oriole bird, yellow finch, blue heron. Peaceful - kids stayed on the river all day kayaking, swimming & fishing. Beds were comfortable and A/C was a blessing. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!"

"We enjoyed our stay. It is cozy but a great view. We liked the wood burning stove. We brought our own wood. There was some wood on the property but needed to be split. Back deck and front screen porch are very nice. Instructions to get in and out of the property were clear and easy. We look forward to returning. Thank you, Greg Richards"

"We had a great time! The cabin has everything you need for a great couple of days. Just a few steps away from fishing. Drove into Bedford and had a great brunch at a little boutique cafe called Bella Tera Vineyards which didn’t disappoint. Enjoyed the Old Bedford Brewing Company and Bedford Moose #480. The cabins were in such a perfect location. We plan on coming back again to stay longer. Highly recommend :)"
