I was disappointed to find that the blind was broken in the bathroom of my room when I arrived. I reported it to the receptionist who to begin with expected me to accept the room and use a staff shower to avoid being seen. I wasn’t happy to accept that and finally was offered an alternative room. All in all a very mixed experience.

Hotel Fleur de Ville was an ideal base for us for a few nights. Ideally located within walking distance to all major attractions and a lovely hotel inside and out. Staff are courteous and helpful, rooms are beautiful and chic, breakfast is delicious and filling. Can't say enough good things about this property and the staff we dealt with. Amazing place and would love to stay again!

Highs and lows at the Hygge Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and new. The public spaces are tastefully decorated. Our room in the new section was spacious, modern, and clean. The front desk staff were lovely, and the lady tending the breakfast buffet March 13-16 was top notch: 5 stars to her. We were disappointed with the housekeeping. It seemed every day that went by, the room had fewer and fewer amenities. We had to call down to request towels, toilet paper, and tissues. I don’t know if our housekeeper was trying to send us a message or what… As of March 16th 2025 the streets around the hotel are under noisy construction. I doubt that annoyance will persist into April, they were making rapid progress.
