This hotel moved us around multiple times to different locations within the same hotel. at one point they took us to a new room that required walking a long distance outside in the snow and ice. When we arrived it was the wrong room and was dirty. At this time it was 5 am and we did not want to move rooms again. We agreed to stay until the snow stopped. "There's a metro entrance just next to the hotel. There are a number of local eateries nearby e.g. there's a comfortable Nan Cheng Xiang outlet just across the hotel where we had cheap and good local breakfast (opens 6am), so we didn't need to hv hotel breakfast at all. Hotel concierge Eric gave great service and arranged tours for us. We communicated via WeChat before arrival and he booked entrance and train tickets for us, and we only pay him after we arrive .
