The staff are very friendly and helpful at Beijing Hilton. Especially Serina and Bart, they helped me with printing at the middle of night when there was no printing shop open. I really appreciate that! The only thing I think can be improved is that I hope there is more authentic Chinese food for breakfast.

We stayed here for four days and three nights and we went to the U.S. Consulate for a visa interview. The location is quite convenient, only a 5-8 minute walk to the consulate. The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of options, including both American and Chinese dishes. Additionally, a special thanks to Cindy Lv, who went above and beyond to help my dump boyfriend printing numerous documents. Cindy was extremely patient and helpful, and we truly appreciate the assistance.

The hotel was clean, but the bathroom had a bad smell. The reception desk staff were unfriendly. They made mistakes during both check-in and check-out; however, they displayed an arrogant attitude.

The staffs were quite friendly but have difficulties to talk to customers in English, somehow not reaching the expectation you have for international hotel. Hotel accommodation quite good but no thick mugs for making coffee provided. The room atmosphere is a bit old fashioned. I was given room at lower level, where the sound of them moving things at night in the event hall/seminar room can be heard loud and clear. The channel also lacks options for non-chinese speakers. They should have more non-news, local dramas/movies and children tv channel in English since they're expecting foreigners to stay with them

I had an issue accessing internet from my work computer. The staff there was very proactive and helped me solve the problem. A young staff, Andy Wang was the one who came up to my room and tried different ways before eventually solving the problem. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. This is the worse 5 star we have stayed at, I really don’t understand how did they get the rating, fairly speaking, this is just a 3 and half star hotel in my honest opinion. It took us nearly 2 hours to check in as it seems the hotel is fully booked. The room is extremely cramped and badly maintained, when we took the shower, the water is leaking out of shower door and we have to put towers on the floor. They do have air fresheners in the room but the room still smells for some reasons. There are so many better hotels than Hilton Beijing, don’t come here.

Superb services with nice staff. However, BJ was very warm in the past week and the room was trapped with high temp. No cool aircon provided in March and we had to borrow an electric fan. The warmth made our sleep not well.
