"Paid extra for a bigger room with windows. Instead, got a small, windowless room that looked nothing like any of the multitude of pictures provided. Called to request an explanation why and was told that it was the biggest room they had at the time. "Room is rather small for 4; not much extra space for luggage. Door is about 2-3 feet to the bed. Staffs were overall friendly and nice, but there is no hand soap in the bathroom. We were told to use the baby wash to wash our hands; which by the way is secured inside the shower stall and can’t be moved. The WiFi is super slow and can’t be used for work at all. This hotel is more suit for people traveling with friends and not for families with children."
