"Porto Bay Falesia is a beautiful property is a great location for accessing various areas of The Algarve. Our stay involved only one issue (Rm 296) with a leak from the A/C which was a fall risk concern. Maintenance staff quickly assessed and left, and we were offered another room but it was 8 pm and weren't prepared to relocate at that time. The carpet was dry the next day but didn't allow us to turn on the A/C. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!"

Always cheerful and incredibly helpful. Big shout out to Mona who looked after us at breakfast for three days. He was excellent."
