"We loved staying here! It was very clean and far enough from the hustle of Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, but close enough we were able to drive to both each day. We had all we needed for our stay here, and even a few extra treats! Kelly was attentive to any of our extra needs and feedback. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The cabin is beautiful, well equipped, and an easy drive to Belfast. Communication with the property managers was excellent. Belfast is very nice and the walk along the river was just excellent. Aside from groceries we only did window shopping which was abundant. I marked the location three stars as the woods, as you would expect, were very buggy with very many ticks. Not a great spot for dogs. Otherwise very nice and we enjoyed our stay."

"This place has a great waterfront perch, with nice swimming off the dock and a full complement of kayaks. House was well-outfitted and super-comfy, with big windows to enjoy the soothing pond view, even on a rainy day. The one downside was cleaning: we were greeted with a bunch of dirty utensils—does anybody look at what’s in the drawer?—a hurriedly wiped fridge and clump of hair in the shower."

Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need. Jon was easy to reach and quick to respond during our stay. He was a super nice guy, as well. We would stay here again, if we had the chance."

"This little cottage was the prefect get away for our family of 5. Our children LOVED the upstairs loft area and having their own little beach with the kayaks. The beach is beautiful and very relaxing. The loft area is more for children than it is adults. I would say the cottage fits 2 adults (bed downstairs) and 3 children (loft upstairs) perfectly. We did need to purchase some items (toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, cleaning spray, and a sponge)- so plan to bring those items with you....

"If anything, the Cozy Cottage is even better than the listing makes it sound -- and the listing makes it sound great! It's a perfect space for one or two people for a weekend or even longer. It's well-appointed, the location is very pretty, and the hosts are lovely. It can be tricky spotting the driveway coming up on the road (pro tip: white mailbox!) but that's about the worst I can say. Will book again sometime!"
