Hotel is great. The best. Area is not great but safe enough. Hotel shuttle is good but not cheap. Restaurant is very good atmosphere. Cruise ship terminal is close by for walking.

Hotel is currently building a second wing. Construction noise is a minimum, yet southern views impeded. Restaurant food is very good and staff is very attentive including Holdane and Hairo.

Construction of a 5 story building right next to the Golden Bay hotel doesn’t make for a quiet stay or easy access. They’re also working on the rooms in the Golden Bay hotel drilling pounding yelling 8-5PM…daily…. I couldn’t eat the mussels. There were so tough. Staff was very, very accommodating..

This hotel has everything you need for a day's stay (a rooftop restaurant, and a store on the first level). However, if you want to do things outside of the hotel, there is much around. The staff is extremely helpful in booking you a taxi, and the food is amazing at the rooftop restaurant.

We were given a room that had blacked out windows that barely opened and you couldn’t see outside. It was very bizarre and of course construction started at 7 AM to 7 PM which was not advertised on the website.. but the bedding was actually quite comfortable, which was surprising. I did not complain as I was extremely tired, so maybe this is why I slept longer because of the blacked out windows, but it is bizarre to get a room like that when all the ones we walked by were available and had a window that you could see through . Staff was nice, overall good stay just bizarre we got that weird room

Staff at this hotel and restaurant are awesome. Our room was below the kitchen...heard the Chopping of onions through the floor for 2 hours..rooms are small for the price but honestly is the 1st or 2nd best hotel in Belize city

Very professional with excellent customer services. Everything was Very clean with a modern feel, huge tv with all the channels.Even The cleaning staff asked did i enjoy my stay and what could they do better. Its really a very nice place i enjoyed my one night but will definitely be making it my go to hotel in Belize city.

Great location: we were leaving from Belize City to the Lighthouse Reef Atoll. The restaurant serves good food. Clean rooms with a comfortable bed. A short walk to the dock at the Princess Ramada Hotel.
