Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment.

Nightmare location: Stay away.

Our family's stay at Loppia Bay was horrible. The property was difficult to find and not accurately listed on map applications. Upon arrival, we were met with an intense smell and found the apartment in terrible condition: walls with black smudges, a bathroom full of black mold, open electrical sockets (a significant concern with small children), a shower with one near-empty shampoo bottle, and even dirty underwear left in the washing machine. When we contacted "Wonderful Italy," their team was unresponsive, requiring multiple calls to initiate action. Their initial alternative property was far from Bellagio. Even when we identified a more central, slightly more expensive option, they initially refused any discount for our significant inconvenience, offering only to apply our refund. After insistence, we finally secured a mere 10% reduction. We strongly recommend staying away from this place.
