Super friendly, easy to check in! Staff even offered to watch my cat in the front lobby area while I went to meet the moving truck. Absolutely loved that the waffles are branded; such a unique marketing idea. Would have to say, my only complainant was that it was cold in the pool room. If you need to travel to the Quinte area, it doesn’t get any more convenient than the best western!

I booked the room for myself and family visiting from the UK. We were there to visit the Sandbanks the following day. Staff put us in an adjoining room with men who were likely there for a sporting event or bachelor party. Like, why wouldn’t they have the group booked in adjoining rooms? We were woken up at 2:30 am (had to call front desk) and again at 7 am, at which point I opened the door between the two rooms to tell them to shut up. At checkout, I complained to staff and asked that the manager call me. No follow up.

Tonesha was at the check in counter and cordially welcomed us. Our room was ready. I had a meeting and i requested for the conference room and Tonesha gladly arranged to open one of the two rooms. Thank you. Overall, 5 out of 5. Will definitely go back when visiting Belleville.
