Very pleasant stay during Easter days although everywhere else was crowded. Hotel was also fully booked but everything worked well, no major queues anywhere. Breakfast was a bit busy, otherwise really enjoyed the quiet break and thermal spas.

Their service is good. Although they have provided a kettle (subject for availability) as per my request, it could have been better if there is already one in the room (same as other hotels). Ive rated the service 4 because when I checked in, the staff took my credit card so they could charge me if something say is damaged. I clarified this with Joel when we checked out, ie. If they will check our room, but he said no need. They will charge me say for breakfast (not covered by our reservation). Surprise explanation from the staff when we checked in.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was always available, resourceful, and incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was absolutely perfect—everything you could possibly ask for, served with a smile. It truly stood out as one of the highlights of our stay. The gym was a pleasant surprise—spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you’d find in a professional fitness center. I appreciated how well-maintained it was. The hotel itself smelled amazing throughout, adding to the relaxing ambiance. Our room was spacious and easily accommodated the three of us. The fridge stocked with included drinks was a thoughtful touch, and we made good use of it. I also loved the hotel’s art deco style and elegant decor—it added so much character to the experience. While staying here, I recommend being mindful of pickpockets, as is the case in any busy area. They tend to work in groups and can be very quick, so it’s wise to stay alert. Overall, I would absolutely return to this hotel—if only for their incredible breakfast! It’s a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it.
