Esperava pelo menos um local mais preocupado com a limpeza. Ao chegar no meu quarto logo após o check in, vi que haviam fios de cabelo no pote de Shampoo (dentro do box) e nas toalhas (teoricamente limpas) armazenadas em uma prateleira. Desci, falei tranquilamente com o Sr Rogerio, que disse que seriam tomas as devidas providências. Umas 2 horas depois, retornando ao meu quarto, constatei que estiveram lá, colocaram mais uma toalha de rosto, limparam o pote de shampoo, e a toalha com os fios de cabelo estava intacta, com os fios como estava antes de eu reclamar. Desci mais uma vez, reclamei novamente com o sr Rogerio, que informou que a supervisora seria avisada. Passados un 15 minutos bate na porta do quarto uma senhora com 2 toalhas, teoricamente limpas, vai saber.... Muito bem, após o jantar, tomei banho e fui deitar. Ao puxar o lençol para deitar, outra surpresa, cabelos e pelos no lençol, que certamente não foi trocado depois do ultimo, ou últimos hóspedes. Desci até a recepção, um tanto incomodado com o ocorrido e fui muito bem atendido por Poliana, que me cedeu outro quarto, tendo me acompanhado e constatado o ocorrido. Na primeira reclamação de um hospede, já deveria ter sido aceso um sinal de alerta. Na segunda reclamação, deveria ter ido o próprio Sr. Rogerio verificar o ocorrido e fazer uma revisão detalha, mas pelo visto, atenção ao cliente não é o forte. Certamente eu não voltarei a este hotel e nem recomento.

Atendimento ótimo. Quarto ok, limpo, nada demais. Secador não estava funcionando. Academia ruim. Café da manhã o que tinha de bom eram as frutas; no mais, beeeem fraco para os padrões mineiros. Nem tinha doce de leite, o que era esperado! O responsável pelo rastaurante parecia sempre mau humorado.
