We got there at noon and couldn’t get a room. Check in time is 2pm but every single hotel I’ve been to has always allowed some flexibility, but this one hasn’t. Poor cleaning, very old towels, reception area a completely mess, with no ar conditioning. It was hot like hell and they kept all doors open to save energy bill I guess… all in all, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to.

Boa de maneira geral. Atendentes cordiais, cama grande, chuveiro ok. Cafe da manha pessimo, o leite quente estava azedo, saía na xicara talhado, pães velhos e duros em Minas e comi o pior pao de queijo da minha vida.

Muito bom!

O atendimento da recepção seria 10 se não fosse uma ultima funcionária que encontrei na recepção. Desde o primeiro atendimento foi tudo perfeito! Porém, numa manhã que estava andando pela recepção, estava faltando copo na frente do pote de água e UMA das recepcionistas falou para EU PEDIR para o garçom do restaurante, ao invés DELA pedir, visto que era para os copos estarem lá. Fora isso, atendimento nota 10 para TODOS os outros. Café da manhã muito bom, ambiente agradável. Deveriam apenas construir na calçada (ou solicitar da prefeitura) um recuo para embarque e desembarque. TAmbém é necessário dar uma caprichada na limpeza das paredes do quarto e ralos. Mas a estadia foi ótima.

O hotel é muito agradável em tudo, o lobby bastante aconchegante e elegante. O quarto era conforável, o banheiro espaçoso, a cama era bastante confortável. Dois pontos negativos: 1 - a televisão tinha uma qualidade de imagem muito ruim (não era HD, lembrou imagem das tvs de tubo). 2 - cobram mais de R$ 50 por dia para um pet, mas não revertem em nenhum cuidado a mais (como tapete higiênico, tigelas, toalha). É um valor que não justifica.

Hotel muito bom! Novo, tudo muito limpo. Toalhas e lençóis bons também. Café da manhã bem variado. Para quem gosta de reinar enquanto viaja, eles tem parceria com uma academia que fica ao lado, muito melhor que treinar em academia de hotel que normalmente são bem limitaras. A única desvantagem para quem vai a passeio é que fica um pouco distante dos pontos turísticos, mas tem uma parada de ônibus bem em frente. Também fica muito perto a um shopping, o que facilita para qualquer coisa que se precise. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.
