The staff was always cordial and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the shower was good even if it needed frequent adjustments at the beginning. The breakfast was great and varied. The location was great within the Savassi neighborhood and it allowed us to walk to many restaurants, bars and stores in the area.

Agradável experiência

Hotel bem localizado, comércio local variado, perto de bares, restaurantes, drogaria e shopping center. Atendentes carismáticos, muito educados e solícitos. Quarto silencioso, grande, cama confortável e com toalhas boas, macias. A única ressalva seria quanto aos travesseiros, havia um alto e muito duro, enquanto os demais eram moles demais. Esperava travesseiros melhores e maiores, considerando que era cama king size, mas solicitamos outro e fomos prontamente atendidos. Cardápio do café da manhã sem variação ao longo dos dias, mas é um buffet satisfatório, com opção de preparo de omelete e tapioca mediante solicitação. Suco detox delicioso! Tivemos uma excelente estada e certamente voltaremos!

Logo na primeira noite tive problema com vazamento do ar-condicionado no quarto. A equipe, sempre muito gentil, me trocou de quarto. No segundo quarto, o lençol estava rasgado, o que também foi solucionado no dia seguinte. Entretanto também esqueceram de reabastecer o shampoo no chuveiro. Também tivemos contratempo no café da manhã, mas OK. É um hotel caro para o que ( não) entrega
