The hotel itself it’s lovely. The staff is super friendly and helpful, it’s clean and the rooms are comfortable. The only downside is that is very, very far from the downtown so it takes a while to go anywhere near the city and it can be expensive.

It’s a basic, clean room. Staff is friendly. The location is not great. It’s hidden in a street where the return from the freeway is kind of far. Otherwise, good stay.

Tudo muito bacana

Tudo muito tranquilo, equipe muito bacana, muito atenciosa. Fiquei um pouco receoso pela proximidade com a rodovia Fernão Dias e acabar trazendo algum desconforto por conta do barulho; mas nada do que queixar. As janelas anti-ruído cumpriram muitíssimo bem o seu papel. Café da manhã muito bacana e principalmente, tecendo rios de elogios, houve um molho de carne moída absurdamente fantástico!! Quem o preparou merece um troféu!! Volto a me hospedar ali com toda tranquilidade do mundo.

Bom dia. outra sucinta Claro! Aqui está uma versão mais sucinta: Minha estadia no Hotel ibis Betim foi excelente. O quarto era confortável e limpo. O café da manhã tinha muitas opções deliciosas. A equipe foi atenciosa e prestativa. No geral, uma experiência muito agradável.

Cilada!!

Mais de uma hora na fila para fazer check-in. Funcionários com cara ruim, despreparados. Quanto ao quarto, nada funcionava (telefone e tv só de enfeite, frigobar queimado, chuveiro hora quente, hora frio, água da torneira sai em gotas, as lâmpadas são mais fortes que um refletor...) Hotel péssimo!
