After a five hour drive we are always met with a friendly smile from the receptionist, quite often Caitlin, which automatically makes us feel welcome and lifts us from that journey. Everything is clean and comfortable and the dining experience is excellent too. All staff are friendly and cheerful making it an even more enjoyable experience. "lovely hotel with very nice decoration. The only thing that I wasn't happy with was the shower/bath, the shower screen was in the way of the taps, if you wanted a shower or a bath you couldn't turn on the taps unless you actually got in the bath to do so."
