This location is perfect for all seasons! It has beautiful views of Lake Bemidji and is located a short walk from the Paul Bunyan bike & snowmobile trail. Bemidji State Park with its beautiful beach and many hiking trails is a short walk or bike ride down the trail, 3 miles by car. South Shore Beach, Boardwalk with mini golf and the Sanford Center are a 4 mile bike ride or 6 miles by car. Golfing at Bemidji Country Club is 3 miles away.

The public access is a short walk to allow for easy access to the lake and a beautiful view from the yard.

The house has a large back yard with a play set, a screened porch and a patio with a fire pit perfect for staying in and relaxing!

Gorgeous Property
This property was absolutely amazing. The house is adorable and so big! The property was amazing as well- play equipment for kids, the fire pit and large picnic table were so nice since we had superb weather. The location was great too, its nestled into the wooded area by the lake but not too far from town so it was easy to get to town if needed. There are trails around too that you can walk which show cased the beauty that is Northern Minnesota. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this property if you are seeking a quiet getaway!

Great vacation home
Enjoyed a relaxing week visiting with friends - plenty of room for 2 families with lots of kids. House is spacious, clean, recently updated and well supplied. Loved both the outdoor fire pit and the gas fire pit in the cozy screened in porch! Huge yard with great play set and close to bike/walking trails, perfect for our busy families. Perfect location with proximity to Lake Bemidji State Park and all the activities happening in town. Would stay here again!

Awesome place to stay
We loved our stay here. The house is exactly like the pictures, actually even better. The screened in porch was our favorite spot, quiet and no bugs with a gas fire pit as a bonus, we loved it. The property is in a nice quiet area with easy access to the Paul Bunyan State Trail and close to Lake Bemidji State Park. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed and Nicole was very responsive to our questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice location!
We had a great time! Although, the property could use some minor updating especially for the cost. Also, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen cabinets had food in the drawers, the bed sheets had stains which was gross so we washed them. The back porch area had lots of cobwebs and had a musty smell. The home was a nice size and plenty of space to sprawl out. Just wish it was cleaner.

Great vacation home for the whole family
We had a great stay! The home is very family friendly. Lots of space and great amenities for everyone. Our kids loved the big backyard and play set, children’s books, and bunk bed. We loved the indoor common areas, bedrooms, and screen porch. The location was ideal for our family. Close to the state park and bike trail. Just a two minute walk to the lake. A short drive to town. Check in/out was a breeze. The hosts provide clear information and were easy to communicate with. The property is very clean. We highly recommend this property.

Spacious and family friendly
Sometimes you never know if your Vrbo will be as good as the photos, this place REALLY is. Quiet, peaceful…you can hear the loons from the porch! Spacious, more than enough room for 11 of us. Which was SO nice when spending the week with extended family. Clean! Really appreciate a Vrbo that is so nicely taken care of - spotless. Our kids loved the toys/books/games/outdoor play area. How awesome to find such a family friendly rental. Don’t pass this place up, it really is a perfect hidden gem of Bemidji.

Had a great time! The pictures made it seem like the property was actually on the lake but it wasn't but the boat landing near by was a great place to stop and see the lake and also is super shallow we walked pretty far out and it was really sandy and nice! The only other thing I would mention is the garbage is really hard to get garbage bags out of since it doesn't slide all the way out like I expected it did so we just changed it more frequently. Other then that the fire pit is so cozy and cute and the porch area, my son loved the playground and we all enjoyed playing cornhole!

Just book.
Y’all this place. First, it’s huge, the pictures don’t do it justice. Between two spacious living rooms, huge dining table and the screen porch, so much space to hangout in. Second, the screen porch, it deserves it’s on number. It’s awesome and so peaceful. Third, location. The boat launch is right down the street, downtown Bemidji is 10 min away. Bemidji state park is a few miles away. Fourth, so kid friendly. Our kids loved the play set and the yard and having the paved trail right there. Finally, the owners. So great and helpful when you need them. If you are still deciding just book the place, you won’t regret it.

Roomy and comfortable family getaway
We were impressed by how much room the place has. There are a couple areas with comfortable seating to watch television or converse plus a wonderful screened-in porch where we could enjoy the breeze and chat. There are two separate "wings" on either side of the kitchen so that the kids could go to their bedrooms and relax while adults could gather at the opposite end of the house to play games or read without disturbing one another. The yard is large, and there are lawn games in the storage area next to the garage so we spent quite a bit of time outdoors. It's a short walk to the lake. Everything was cleaned and well maintained. The property is also near Lake Bemidji State Park, but major road construction complicates getting there by car. If you want to bike or walk, the trail is really close. We went to downtown Bemidji a couple times and enjoyed the sculpture walk and seeing statues of Paul Bunyan and Babe the blue ox. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Serene Lake Life
We were fortunate to call this place our home for two weeks in June 2023. The property is wonderful - clean, functional, and spacious. We loved having three living areas - two indoors and one outdoors (fully screened in porch). The later was a huge hit in the evenings... we loved listening to the wind in the trees and enjoying the fire table (which lights easily with propane). The beds were super comfy and we found plenty of storage for our clothing. My daughter loved the kids room which offered some books, puzzles, and oversized building blocks. The yard is large and on a quiet road; there is a massive, gorgeous outdoor dining table. The play set is in great condition. All this means you will doubtlessly spend lots of time outdoors. Nicole was the perfect host - very easy to communicate with and always available when we had questions. We enjoyed getting to explore Bemidji which is a quick and easy 10 minute drive from the house. Lake Bemidji is literally across the street from the house. If this listing is available on your travel dates, I highly recommend that you book it!

Fantastic house - fun for whole family!
This house was such a great time. Really nice updates with tons of space for entertaining. The amenities for kids were great with bunk beds, toys/books and an awesome backyard playground. Super close to the Sanford Center and the state park. The host, Nicole, was awesome - super detailed and responsive. We’ll definitely come back!

Outstanding Family Fun!
Our family gathered for a wedding on Big Bass Lake. The house was the perfect setting for our (extended) family. The access to the lake was easy and effortless.
