"We arrived to the villa at an ungodly hour after a delayed flight and almost couldn't get in because the door was so stiff but the security guard helped us (tip- pull the door towards you while turning the (key!) "When we arrived Wi-Fi was not working couldn't contact home. I complained to karim he couldn't speak English. He was saying 1hr or tomorrow. Four days later he sorted it out and one week later it never worked. The toilet was over flowing never got repaired so had to use only one toilet. I believe Karim did not care about anything. Other people also said he was waste of time. Because of it I give two stars. If you can't speak French or Arabic it will be a big problem."

"We were there with our 3 sons. The swimmingpool was all that we need. The house is great and Just like the picture. The banana tree is lovely. Its really quiet and relaxed. Near to yasmine hammamet.
