"What a fabulous villa. We were a family of 8 with ages from 4 years to 61 years and we all had the most wonderful time with the pool being the biggest hit. The villa was spotless and very spacious with plenty of little seating areas. The area was very quiet and the views were spectacular. The pool was heated which was great for evening swims and when it was a wee bit cooler. Only down side is not suitable if you have mobility issues. "Everything about this villa from the location, amenities, views (you can see the sea and coast and white washed buildings to the distance from the garden), pool, garden, veranda, absolutely everything you could need being available and most importantly our host, was perfect. I cannot fault the villa whatsoever, if you are considering between villas, not sure or just hovering on a decision. Trust me you will not be disappointed. Book it!"

"First night power kept going off until 12.30am. No AC in one for the rooms either and are just provided with fans, not ideal in the heatwave. In order to use the AC we only put it on when we were going to sleep Ants coming in through wall sockets, and in the bed in the room with en-suite Owner has tried to claim for incidentals on outdoor chairs, that were not broken by us. Removed cushions on these chairs on the first day and noticed that they were broken, we should have taken pictures, but...

"First time away from home and from UK for Christmas and New Year. We chose Benalmadena for its close proximity to Malaga Airport and for its such mild winter temps and hours of sunshine. All 10 of us met at the villa from 3 different countries within days of each other. The villa was exactly as described in the ad, clean, well maintained and everything working. We found its location to be central without the noise of "downtown", but easily accessible being only a 12 minute walk to supermarket or...

"Lovely villa. Pool was great. But a long walk to any amenities, Benalmádena 10 mins in a taxi. Some bathroom doors wouldn’t close also front door also needs attention. The bottom floor is a little musty smelling and we had a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom plus a flying insect problem. But we still had a great time."
