If you're looking for a comfortable place to enjoy an excitement-filled Central Oregon trip, this property features all the comforts of home and easy access to everything the resort community of Sunriver has to offer.

Enjoy a convenient location within about a mile of the SHARC, restaurants, the lodge, and the Village Mall. You will also be 25 minutes from downtown Bend and 30 minutes from skiing at Mt. Bachelor, as well as wonderful hiking, biking, and all the other opportunities Central Oregon offers.

Kick back and relax in the living room on the cabin-style sofas, watch some cable TV, use the DVD player, or simply sit back and turn on the fireplace to keep the home extra cozy. Extras include two more TVs, as well as DVD players, WiFi, and a laundry room. The full kitchen has just about everything you may need to whip up tasty meals. With all major appliances, you will have no trouble cooking up anything from a simple breakfast of pancakes and eggs to a roast dinner! Sit down together at the dining room table and enjoy family-style meals.

Outside, you will have a gas grill and a patio area, so you can cook up a tasty meal and enjoy the fresh air. In Sunriver, you can access the fantastic SHARC aquatic center, which has indoor and outdoor pools, water slides, a hot tub, and outdoor sports courts and recreation areas.

Elsewhere at the resort, you will have no shortage of fun activities to keep busy (some activities may require a fee). While you're here you can visit the tennis courts, book a tee time on one of the golf courses, walk around the 30 miles of paved trails, or take a guided horseback ride around the scenic nearby area. You could also go rafting or fishing on the nearby Deschutes River, mountain biking or hiking in the Deschutes National Forest, or even drive (or take the free shuttle) just 30 minutes up to Mt. Bachelor for some wintertime skiing, snowboarding, or sledding adventures!

At Sunriver, you will find several eateries, shops, and a market where you can stock up on groceries, though you may want to drive into wonderful Bend for even more options. Or peruse the downtown shops, museums, galleries, and other attractions. Bend is also famous for its breweries, including the especially well-loved Deschutes Brewery.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day. It is for Ranch Cabin guests only. It does NOT include access to the Circle 4 Ranch pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). NO POOL
Very disappointed the pool to ranch cabins was down, no one let us know it was down, we would have cancelled and found another house that had a pool. We have been coming to sunriver ranch cabins for years and the only reason we stay there is for the private pool.

Best location in Sunriver
For location this cozy cabin can't be beat. It is a five minute walk to a nature trail at Aspen Lake. Ten minute bike ride to Nature Center and Marina. The cabin is well equipped with all you can need for cooking, even a blender, pancake griddle, and coffee grinder. The beds are comfortable. There are fans in every room. A tip to cool off the upstairs is to get the fans going as soon as it starts to cool off. The green grass outside the patio is very relaxing and peaceful and just enough room for Bocce Ball. A tip for Vacasa is to supply a bit more auto dishwashing soap but we were able to get more from the Vacasa office. Oh there is a great selection of bikes. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Not ideal working with vacasa
The house itself was a good rental - good size, adequate description online, clean, fans provided, lots of kitchen tools, and a pool steps away. *Working with vacasa was not enjoyable and I wouldn't rent with them again*. No attempt at being flexible to our needs (even a local made a point to mention they'd recommend renting through an owner directly next time, instead of vacasa). Also we couldn't get into the pool at first since they posted the wrong pool code and the vacasa staff over the phone couldn't figure out what to do, which was frustrating on a short stay and in the hot desert. The washer and fridge could use some updating as they make super loud sounds when running (of course it was nice that they were offered at all).

Great location, great room spaces, plenty of upstairs space for big fam
This ranch cabin style was perfect for our family of 3 adults n 3 children. Location is just perfect. Close to the Lava Butte, High Desert museum, and Nature Center/observatory. We loved the biking trails, which we later found out when we explored that we could have bikes to the Nature Center Museum. We had a small issue with bed linings but it was fixed when reported. The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5-start rating is because I didn’t get the correct door code. I called Vacasa n it took over 30minutes to get of hold of a representative, but once I spoke with a person, I was given the right code. Also, the upstairs double bed was ok comfortable, I suggest it’s time to change the mattress, it was super squeaky n loud every time we moved/reposition. My husband who is a big guy, had to sleep in another room so we could sleep n not wake up from the load mattress squeaking noise. The rest of the beds were fine, no concerns. But I will rebook this cabin again.

Ranch House 38
Loved the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Also, it can easily sleep 8. Love the large table for games and family meals. Loved the bike paths, easy access to the river for tubing and kayaking and proximity to the Bature Center.

Sweet Cabin in Sun River
This little cabin has everything you need laid out quite nicely. There are 8 SHARC passes, plenty of bikes (even a bike pump), basics for cooking and slept our party of six quite comfortably. The cabin felt clean, was decorated so that it felt homey, but not cluttered. Everything was functional and easy. We needed help twice and received it quickly and professionally, It made for a worry free vacation!

Nice cozy cabin
We had a nice quiet getaway at the cabin . The weather was perfect - we rode bikes, went on walks, played pickleball, used the outside barbecue and slept very comfortably. There were only two of us so we never even went upstairs! The downstairs was small but perfect. We saw deer walking by every day. Very peaceful and quiet!

Trouble checking in and out
Arrived at rental well past check-in time and no entry code was sent. E-mail sent days earlier indicated we would receive the code the day of...had to call customer service, (Was not sent to spam) and after talking to the agent received multiple emails. On the last day, a person showed up at the door 20 minutes before 1000 check out and said," Your not checked out yet?" No introduction to who she was and she sounded disgusted we were still in the rental. Housekeeping staff parked next to our vehicle and watched us load up our items per our planned departure. Rather rude to just wait, like we needed to hurry? Spoke to onsite manager at office in Sunriver regarding the early housekeeping knock on the door. The unit has a fireplace with broken damper, had to move it open by hand. The tea kettle is so old, it leaks water as you try to pour water and the handle gets very hot, just needs to be replaced. The kitchen cabinets seem slightly grimmy where you touch them. The bathroom is good and location is great. Very quiet. The master bed mattress is so so, not motel quality. We learned that Vacasa has an e-mail system for checking out, but apparently the info is not looped back to the site for anyone's use? We enjoyed our stay in spite of Vacasa hiccups.

Great vacation home
Very convenient and nice place for a family. First time we have stayed in Sunriver and it is a family oriented environment and everything is very close. One bedroom downstairs, 2 large rooms upstairs and a day bed in the loft. Bring a bike or rent bikes from the village. Community pool and passes to the SHARC is included. Very close to activities like the Lava River cave and Bend. Only draw back is there is no AC which is only a problem if you go at the hottest time of the summer.

Overall Nice
Overall this property was nice. It was spacious enough for the five of us that stayed (myself, my husband, our two children and my father). The bikes were fantastic and the location was great. Cable and WiFi were great, the DVD player was nice to be able to watch movies with the kids. I would say the only reason I would not book this cabin again is the fact that it REEKED of cigarette smoke. The smell was overwhelming and even our clean, freshly washed clothes needed to washed again when we returned home because the smell was so bad. For that reason alone, I would not stay here again. Side note: while the space was GREAT for our family, I cannot imagine more than 6 people staying here comfortably. There may be enough beds to accommodate more, but the living space is fairly small and more than 6 people would likely be a little (or a lot depending on how many people came) cramped.

Wonderful property right in Sunriver near so many amenities
My husband and I stayed here with our 3 adult children. Was a perfect location in Sunriver in the Ranch Cabins. The layout of the cabin was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to sit and relax inside and out. Extra bonus was having two full bathrooms and plenty of beds. The cabin was very clean which we especially appreciated due to Covid. We also appreciated the amount of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels etc. so we didn't need to shop for those things. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as well. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Sunriver.

Ranch cabin 38
This was a great home! Perfect for us. Wouldn’t change a thing. I grew up spending summers in ranch cabins and this was so great. Loved the pool we would go early and swim before others came. Really glad the pool got closed midway because others were congregating and not being respectful of PANDEMIC social distancing. We never experienced that because we went in the morning. But come on people. Don’t ruin a beautiful space because you can’t follow the rules. Will def rent again!
