It is a recent house, on the ground floor, which has 4 bedrooms.

You can enjoy a kitchen open to the living room, all in a relaxed and calm atmosphere.
The bay window in the living room opens onto a wooden terrace, a hexagonal wooden above-ground swimming pool and the garden.
The house is located in a small village near the beach of Capbreton less 10min by car, 30 min from Biarritz and 50 min from San Sebastian.
You will appreciate the calm of the neighborhood after a day spent in the surrounding coastal towns.

La pépite des vacances !
Merci à Sandra pour son accueil et sa bonne communication ! Nous avons passé un super week-end, la maison est fonctionnelle et bien située ! Je recommande fortement ce logement !
PS : Nous avions oublié les draps et serviettes, Sandra a immédiatement réagit face à ce petit imprévu et nous a dépanné !

Très bonnes vacances dans les Landes
Maison fonctionnelle et très bien située, proche des plages de Capbreton et Hossegor. Visites de Biarritz, San-Sebastian, Bayonne à 30 min - 1h, villes agréables à découvrir! Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.
