"The property was a beautiful country home a near wonderful hiking trails and a short drive from either Valencia or Alicante. Our hosts (Macu and Jose Luis) were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They provided maps and points of interest in the area and, although we would often return late in the evening, there was always someone awake to greet us upon our arrival. The rooms and beds were quite comfortable and the breakfast was plenty hardy to get us moving in the morning. We highly recommend...

When we arrived the air conditioning had failed in the bedrooms, the owner offered us a free beer as compensation, so we had to sleep with the door and window open. Helpful staff, good breakfast. "I really cannot fault the cleanliness of the accommodation. I also needed to be in that area but there are few hotels to choose from. It is really basic and the quality needs to be improved like towels and TV especially. The bed wasn't good either. Perhaps that is how the proprietor want to keep it that way, low cost. I wasn't able to check-in until 8 pm. but that was ok. Perhaps they should let me check-out later than the stated time."

"Traveling several hours, arrived at 18.30 was told couldn’t order a drink until restaurant opened at 20.30 remote location so bars/cafes limited to find, staff abrupt, we don’t expect the staff to speak English but body language said it all, was told no tables available to eat outside in large eating area, we were first to restaurant no tables occupied at the time, we were very hungry, would not recommend if your not Spanish, really dissatisfied !!!!!!!!"
