"The hotel is very nice, pretty close to the beach and the old town of Benidorm with its beautiful streets and a lot of stores. The room was large, with 2 comfy beds, cleaned every day, the towels changed at request and the linen once at 4 days. The bathroom was also large, well equipped. "The hotel was great for what we wanted The food was fantastic to lots of options We really thought the hotel room was lovely - But could do with some soft close hinges on the doors as alot of people bang them shut every morning and evening waking everyone up. "This hotel is in an excellent position for a walk along the promenade or into the old town in Benidorm. The rooms are clean and spacious with good amenities in the bathrooms and a bottle of complimentary water in the room. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Something to note, the coach drop off is about 50yds down the road at the bus stop."

"Apartment location was excellent, apartment itself was very clean and tidy , lovely big balcony, and had all the facilities we required. Thought it was getting a bit tired and could do with some updates. We found the beds very hard and uncomfortable, maybe just our taste. The pillows where rubbish. TV was impossible to watch , too much break up , luckily I brought my own fire stick which worked fine with a vpn. Communal areas where lovely and the pool area was great, we did eat in the restaurant...
