Hotel was in a great location food was good always something you could eat only downside was the rude spanish people staying at the hotel who insisted in saving tables at dinner and barging into you before you could get out of the lift

Building site ongoing, do not ask for lower floors

Unfortunately the hotel had huge building work going on replacing a roof only 30 yards from our 4th floor window We had no warning of this beforehand which is very disappointing as we have stayed here a couple of times before, starting work with very loud power tools before 9am does not lead to a relaxing break with late nights as what comes with Benidorm.

Liked its central location to the beach and the night life. Luckily we had one of the refurbished rooms. Most of room was generally clean. Need to pay attention to the un seen areas like under the beds and under the sink. Beds were comfy and bed sheets were clean. It catered for the young adults and the more mature person.

I don’t think this is a 4 star quality

Food was very poor quality breakfast and evening meal I had a 3 single bed room which was that cramped I had one mans feet 12inchs away from my face as I slept not really thought out shouldn’t be sold as a 3 person room rooms don’t get cleaned every day. Excellent location if you want to be in Benidorm a nightlife I paid £600 half board for 4 nights it was Probly worth £400 in my opinion. We come to Benidorm regular and normally self cater in cheap apartments this time I thought I’d stay somewhere a bit more luxury and have food in with that Next time we will be staying elsewhere

Très mauvais séjour, on n'arrive pas à dormir la nuit .Le bruit dure presque 24h sur 24.Les anglais font la fête presque sans interruption.Musiques(boum-boum) jusqu'à 7h du matin et bières à volonté. boule quies obligatoires si vous voulez dormir fenêtre fermée. A déconseiller et à enlever de vos offres. Quartier devenu 100% anglais , ils viennent quelques jours que pour faire la fête.

The hotel was good as with location. Had the rudest receptionist ever and quite threatening. Looked like an ex bouncer. After booking on this website, giving my bank details etc was told that I could not have a room unless I handed over my passport !! Was there only because my car broke down so no, didn’t have my passport as wasn’t expecting to stay. I asked his name but he outright refused. In the end he said George but have no doubt that was not his real name. The hotel should not have someone like this greeting customers !!!

Great Stay

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. We have always enjoyed our stay. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel and room spotless and the food good. Hotel entertainment is good. A good location not far from the beach and both the old and new town. Only downside is it can be noisy at night due to its closeness to the local nightlife but after all it is Benidorm and it would not stop me staying there again.

The hotel was very good, we used their car parking which is 500 meters up the road, however, they did not tell us we needed a key to open the gates, I had to walk back the 500 meters to find this out & then back up the steep hill to park the car. The only other issue was the number of “noisy” Celtic supporters in and around the hotel, the chanting from them was continuous fro 12 mid day to 2-4 o’clock the following morning which meant we did not get much sleep.

We live I need Benidorm on camp site and every now and again we book a night to stay over and have a night out watch a show as we never go out at night when we arrived we were put in an economy room with no balcony smelt of mold very clostrepobic I NEVER BOOK THIS ALWAYS ROOM WITH BALCONY AND 2DOUBLE BEDS HOGH FLOOR if you look back on previous bookings even book family in when they come to visit went to change room and I was humiliated by staff people waiting to check in behind me could hear everything I was told off for pressing wrong button for room I was going to pay the extra to upgrade told there was no other rooms available but I had already checked on the marina own site and ther was with balcony when I told him this he stamped his feet spoke in Spanish and walked off came back said this time I will change but you you must check what your booking on site in a high rate voice then asked me for extra 10€ this I gained walking away with my head down so shown up went back so upset me and my husband went back down hour or two later to speak to manager some member of staff once confronted about his atertude to me in front of other guests his voice was very calm now and apologised could not be nicer we always use this hotel friends and family but this experience has put us off coming back we were also woken up 3.30 am by doors banging bells ringing lad lasses singing security banging on doors this went on for 45 mins very rest less night
