There were certain parts that needed work, the gym was worn out and not safe to use, the air con kept stopping and the food hall was very nasic compared to the rest of the hotel

Very friendly welcome on arrival, all the staff throughout the stay where friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean, comfy bed and free amenities to including toothbrush, shaver and accompaniments. Excellent weeks stay, perfect location, Dennis fantastic in the restaurant. Great drink options and evening entertainment for all. Strange however that they screen off parts of the kitchen area in the rooms so you can’t use the sink ect. But overall very nice place to stay

This was our first all inclusive stay. Would have given full stars if i hadnt had to sleep on the sofa on thr first night as one if the legs was broken on the bed tilring the bed considerably. How the cleaning staff had not noticed this is hard to believe but it was repaired on our sencond day . Staff were absolutely lovely all polite and all seemed very happy to be working. The dining room lacked a little ambience and it felt a little like a canteen. Entertainment was a little like butlins which is not our thing but good for anyone who cant get out and about. Would be nice if there was an area with a room a little more like a pib than a brightly lit club. The pool bar area and pool was great, plenty of sunbeds on different levels if you wanted to be in a more peaceful area.
