Villa Pan is located in a quiet place Biljane Donje, which is part of the town of Benkovac. It is a rural area whose inhabitants are engaged in agriculture and whose area abounds in vast fields. It is a half-hour drive from the city of Zadar, surrounded by 4 National Parks (Krka, Kornati, Paklenica, Plitvice) and Vrana Lake Nature Park.

Villa Pan has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet, living room with kitchen and dining room and can accommodate up to 6 people. Two rooms offer double beds and the sofa in the living room is extendable. In the living room there is also a wood furnace for fresh spring evenings and for entertainment you also have board games and a game console.

The outdoor area will completely delight you. The emphasis is on the private pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers. On the terrace there is a barbecue with a dining area and a lounge area with a beautiful view of the pool and olive trees. There is also a playground for children and behind the house there is a spacious meadow where you can enjoy playing football.
