"We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not. I was with a family of 5, and none of us had ever rowed a boat a day in our lives. Had i known this upfront i would never have booked this lodge. THIS ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH...

"This was a great location mid-way between Rotterdam and Amsterdam, in a quiet village with grocery stores and restaurants. It was just minutes off the main highway. The lodging was a newly built on a canal; quiet, peaceful and with many kinds of birds and waterfowl. Hosts were helpful, friendly and always available to answer questions."

"Der Wohnwagen steht auf dem Gelände einer Jugendsegelschule. Er ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Allerdings ohne Kochgelegenheit, ausser einem Wasserkocher. Die Größe ist max. Für 2.5 Personen angenehm. 20 m entfernt ist ein Badesteg, an dem noch weitere Wohnwagen stehen. Unweit ist auch ein Sperrmüllplatz vom Jugendlager. "The chalet was clean and comfortable with all required amenities. There was plenty of seating outside in both the shade and the sun and it’s own tucked away car parking space. There was a washing machine, bikes, kayak and table tennis available on site which was quiet and tucked away over a little bridge from the village road. The village itself was beautiful with a canal running through it, two restaurants (need to book at the weekend) and a bus into Leiden. It was an easy drive from Amsterdam...

"I stayed here with my family for a week while visiting the Netherlands. The home is very clean and was as advertised. It is a short walk to the Uithoorn Station where you can easily visit Amsterdam. The available are great to explore the area, which is a very safe and clean area. There are two grocery stores within a short 4 minute walk. The host was great with communication before and during the trip. Highly recommend!"

"Staying at the Meetinn was one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. The property is decorated in a beautiful European farmhouse style, and each guest room has it's own unique charm. There was farm animals and wildlife right outside the window each morning. It felt like a fairytale."
