Be aware that some rooms have a window with no view (the window faces the wall) and this is not clearly stated on the reservation. We had to upgrade to another room as we cannot stand not seeing the outside. Otherwise, rooms are nice and big, there is a need of better communication from the front desk personnel so that we feel welcome (a smile is free of charge)"
