We LOVED the property and the owners. The apartment was perfect for our long weekend getaway and Pam has truly thought of everything. The backyard and pool were a dream. The property is close to everything in St. Joe and we will absolutely be back!

Perfect getaway!
Perfect little loft space for a quick getaway! It was so close to a bunch of different towns beaches, and wineries. We also could not get enough of Winnie and Bailey- they are the best and furriest cohosts :)

Great experience!
Our family loved our stay, the loft was the perfect size for the four of us. We loved the pool, balcony, and the location was close to everything we love in St, Joseph! The kids loved the dogs and cat, and the yummy snacks! We will definitely be back! Thank you Pam and Paul for being great hosts!

Great first family vacation with our baby!
We had a fantastic stay! Pam and Paul were incredibly welcoming and Winnie and Bailey were so playful and sweet. The space was perfect for our first getaway with our baby and the pack and play set up ahead of time for us along with the baby float for the we’re so helpful. We are hoping to stay again next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay! Pam and Paul were very great hosts during our stay. We loved the loft space as it was very cozy! and there was much to do in the surrounding cities. We would definitely come back.

Perfect for a family getaway
The loft was the perfect size for our family of 4 with a bathroom, large bedroom and comfortable pull out couch. Pam and Paul were very kind and so were their dogs! The pool was wonderful and heated for when we came back from the beach. The drive to the beach was just down the road about 4 minutes. They stocked the loft with snacks, coffee and wine that we enjoyed and the balcony was relaxing in the mornings. We would love to stay here again!

Annual mother/daughter trip
We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could think of. We were very close to downtown st Joseph and the beach. Would recommend and we will definitely be staying again!

Amazing
Pam, Paul and all three fur babies made us feel welcome as soon as we pulled up! The loft was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay! We took a stroll on the beach, visited a few wineries and ate at some fantastic restaurants that Pam and Paul had recommended. One of our most relaxing vacations and can’t wait to return!!!!!

Great stay and a race.
Loved the apartment and the location. We were in town for a triathlon. I was so nice to have a couple quit days before the race and relax in the pool after it. I’m looking forward to staying here next year.

Lovely loft
Adorable clean loft rented out by lovely hosts! Wonderful pool that you share with the hosts and their two dogs! Bed was very comfortable and the little patio was very nice. Shower is a bit small especially if you are tall and the location is not close enough to anything to walk but was nice and quiet.

Excellent place to stay.
This was a great place to stay. Only 5 min from St Joe/Silver beach! It was perfect, nice, clean, quiet and cozy. The owners were very nice and accommodating. This was a Girls trip with my sister and daughters and was perfect size for us. We were a little apprehensive because the address was in Benton Harbor but this place is off the beaten path a bit and felt very safe! Would recommend for sure.

Great location, great host and great apartment!!
My husband and I had a great time and absolutely loved the apartment, the host and the location to all of the beaches. The apartment had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Pam literally thought of everything. We had a blast hanging out with Pam and her two dogs (Winnie and Bailey) and plan to remain friends even after our trip. There are several beaches just a few miles away and they are all absolutely beautiful. The restaurants around the area had amazing food (my favorite dish was the Steak Salad at RyeBelles & my husband's was the burger at Buck Bergers and Brew). If we are in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful vacation stay- clean and comfortable outdoor and living space! Great location for exploring!
We had a wonderful stay in the loft. The pool is beautiful as are the grounds. Outdoor tables and chairs are clean and comfortable for lounging by the pool. Location is terrific…5 minutes to Silver Beach and even closer to Tiscornia Beach and Rocky Gap Beach. North Pier Brewery 5 or so minutes away as well as some local wineries and other establishments. Pam had wonderful suggestions on places to eat. Pam, her husband and 2 dogs are very nice and have created a wonderful safe environment for a vacation. My kids loved playing with the dogs- they are extremely friendly and lovable. The loft is super cute, comfortable and safe. We had more than enough space with 3 adults, toddler and infant. Everything was clean. Host provided towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pool floats and kitchen items if you wanted to grill or cook. Comfy bed, front deck for coffee, and easy in/out parking. Highly suggest staying here and looking forward to coming back!

Cute Apartment, Amazing Hosts
My husband and I decided to vacation to the St. Joseph / Benton Harbor area with our two young girls, ages 2 and 6. We found this rental and it by far exceeded our expectations. Before we even arrived, Pam was extremely responsive and helpful by answering all of our questions. (and we had a lot :-) ) As a mom traveling with two young kids, this was extremely helpful as we planned our trip. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Bailey and Winnie (the owner's dogs), along with Paul and Pam. All four of them were extremely welcoming. Our daughters loved playing with the dogs, especially swimming with Winnie! The backyard is amazing, the pool was always the perfect temp, a bin with water toys, floats and even goggles were available. A true private oasis! I cannot say enough about all of the special personal touches inside the apartment. My girls were so excited to find games and coloring books inside the apartment, we enjoyed the snack basket, the coffee, and local wines, etc. A binder was left on the kitchen counter that provided so many suggestions on dining, excursions, wineries/breweries, and kid-friendly activities in the area. Such a huge help! We found a little guest book sitting next to the couch. After flipping through and reading all of the reviews inside the guest book, we know we are not alone when we say "Trust us...you cannot go wrong with planning a trip to Pam and Paul's. My girls are already asking when we can go back and visit them again! 10/10 this Indiana family would recommend!

Very enjoyable stay!
Our family has really enjoyed our stay. We loved the beautiful backyard with the heated pool which came in handy when the weather was not cooperating with our vacation plans. The loft was very well supplied in general; the kitchen had all the needed amenities, and the addition of the grill made dinners easy. The balcony on the loft was very beautiful; the only difficult thing about it was the noise created by the traffic that goes on by the house, however, that is not something that can be controlled. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed our conversations and interactions with them. Overall, we rate this place very high and plan on returning in the future!

Wonderful Stay
It was everything that was advertised. The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The extra little touches like Keurig coffee, snacks and local wine were very nice also. We enjoyed the balcony off the bedroom, the fire pit, the pool and all the seating around the Pool. It was very easy to sit back and relax. The hosts were wonderful and very friendly. We also enjoyed their dogs. We would definitely go back here.

Perfect location, pool/yard was AMAZING!
This unit was perfect for our family. Pam and Paul have thought of EVERYTHING! The loft was so well appointed, equipped with all our needs and more! 2 bottles of wine, fruit, a variety of snacks, Kcups, creamer and water bottles were provided which was such a nice bonus! The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated nice linens and fresh decor. The pool was so warm and has a huge shelf for basking in the sun or for kids to hang out. This was so perfect for my smaller kids! The yard truly is an oasis. The location can't be beat-minutes from downtown St Joe and Silver Beach. We will def be back!
