Some parts of the hotel looked like they needed fixed. The couch bed was dirty, but the room was nice. Except the ceiling in the bathroom needed repaired. The pool was cold and the pool room was roasting. Some staff were friendly and others were rude. Free breakfast was convenient and it was a quick drive to Silver Beach. The stay was fine, but I don’t think we’ll be back.

Great place to stay

Rooms were spacious and comfy. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Enjoyed having refrigerator and microwave that worked and desk area plus comfy let out couch. Great for large families. Or just having your own little space.

The hotel was a beautiful place. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is the bed sits very close to the a/c unit so it blows directly onto the bed making it uncomfortable at night. Otherwise it was a wonderful hotel.

I wasn't sure about the hotel when I first pulled up - the outside is not anything special. However it was wonderful - great friendly service, huge room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with attentive employees. Close to restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be back.

The only thing we could really say we weren't thrilled about was the comfort of the bed. It is quite run down. Other than that, the room and hotel were clean and beautiful.

Great hotel

Super friendly hotel staff! Beautiful spacious rooms. We really only had two complaints but honestly it isn’t a reflection on the hotel. 1. The second night we stayed the fire alarm kept going off. It was annoying but again no reflection on the hotel. 2. There was a group of guests that were extremely rude, not just to us but to the hotel staff. Our last two mornings my husband and son went down for breakfast and only came back with coffee ss some of the guests acted as though they had never seen food before so they piled their multiple plates and left nothing for other guests, we had to go out to eat breakfast which wasn’t budgeted but not a big deal. We were appalled the way they spoke to the hotel staff and other guests. We will definitely be coming back again as BH is where I am from and we come back yearly to visit family.
