"We stayed here because our nephew was getting married close by at Etre Farm. House was just as shown in the pictures. Very clean & cute. It was perfect for our stay. We had 4 adults,1 teen and a small dog. I would say that it only sleeps 4. The couch doesn’t pull out & there wasn’t an air mattress. We made it work though. I would definitely book again if we were in the area."

"The property was clean, well-stocked, well-maintained, and had fun, quirky, artsy, decor. Beautiful sunflowers, fresh garden tomatoes as a perk. The host was immediately reaponsive to inquiries and questions. Benton Harbor is, unfortunately, a rather blighted town. It was obviously a lovely area at one point. That said, it's right next door to St Joe, and we love coming here every year with the kids. "

"I meet up with a friend from HS every year and this is a great halfway spot for us. The property is well maintained with a lot of games and things to do. Owner is easily accessible and answers messages very quickly and she's accommodating to anything we need including early check in or late check out if needed. We have used this property 3 years in a row and have never had any issues."

"We loved the location of Anchor on Alice. We took many walks on the beach and around the neighborhoods. The house was surface cleaned but for what was charged as a cleaning fee I would expect a deep cleaning. The family room was a very comfortable area. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back to Union Pier."

"We stayed at The Cobblestone House in late summer and it was a perfect getaway. It is within walking distance to New Buffalo but on a quiet street with a very nice backyard and side porch. The house was well stocked, clean, and very charming. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

Property is 1-1/2 blocks from beach but then 70 steep stairs or steep dune walk to shoreline. Not good if you have some orthopedic issues. Not sure about the boats. They may have been at the beach but the canoe is alongside the house. There are plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas/toys in the property shed and a wagon. There is no parking...

"The location of the property was close enough to all the things to do in the area and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. My friend and I appreciated the communication with the owner and the ease of check-in and check-out.
