This is a total fine place to stay if you need a no-frills place; the location is great! But be mindful, it's an older building, bathrooms aren't really updated or kept clean, faucets are in the hallway. But really if you just a convenient spot to sleep, not bad if you can get a cheap price.

　フェス参加と別府観光で、2泊3日で利用しました。立地が駅近かつ繁華街とは駅を挟んで逆側ですので、アクセス良いのに静かで良かったです。 　建物は古いようですが、リニューアルされて明るく綺麗で、清掃も行き届いており気持ち良く過ごせました。 　全体的にコンパクトなつくりなのでゆったり寛げる感じではありませんが、その分部屋にすぐ着くので、寝るだけ利用の自分には良かったです。 　滞在中、4名ほどのスタッフさんに対応していただきましたが、どなたも丁寧かつ朗らかで感じが良かったです。 　清掃やパジャマなどの細かなサービスは、希望者だけが利用出来るよう合理化されており、それで充分というかむしろちょうどいいなと感じました。 良いホテルだと思います。
